Increasing the likelihood of getting your ideal booking
It's a good idea to book at least the day prior if you're after a morning experience; these need to be confirmed by 9pm the night prior. For afternoon and or early evening bookings, you can try to book in the morning however please be aware that I do not answer calls or texts when I'm with a guest so you may be waiting a while for a reply.
Understandably, lunchtimes (12-2pm) and after work (5-7pm) bookings are popular so it's rare that one is available at the last minute. Weekend experiences do tend to book up early too, but there's no harm in trying.

"Hi Zoe, I'd like to book a _____min ________ experience around / at _________am/pm today / on _______ please. Are you available? If so, I'll arrange the prepayment/deposit. Thanks, ______".
This kind of text is greatly appreciated; it makes me smile & gives me all the necessary information to check my schedule to see if I can fit you in without delay.
Confirmation Process
Booking in advance? Terrific! Wonderful! Awesome!
A mobile number is required for all bookings so if you request an experience via email, please ensure your mobile number is included. No contact will be made without previous arrangement and mobile numbers will NOT be used for marketing purposes.
Once you book, I'll notify you of the time you can expect to receive a confirmation text. For example, if you had a 2pm appt, I would advise to expect a text at 9am. The text reads "Hi. Please reply YES by 11am to confirm your 2pm appt or NO to postpone. Thanks." Then it's a matter of simply replying to that text by 11am to confirm and the address will be sent by noon.
Alternatively, if you'd rather not receive a text, I'm happy for you to arrange a booking by email. However, you'll need to call me from a mobile to confirm your booking and I'll email through the address details. You'll need to call from that same mobile upon arrival in order to obtain the unit number. I follow this procedure for my own security. I never put my unit number in writing and would ask you to please (a) be discreet about my location, (b) delete any texts or call logs you don't wish to be seen, and (c) NEVER put my unit number in writing.
Seen me before? Upon arrival, please call before going to the unit block (in case I'm not quite ready to buzz you up). Standing around draws attention, and I try to be as discreet as possible; I like where I live and work :-) Thanks!
Cancellation Policy
As much as I enjoy providing excellent experiences for my guests, this is my job - it's my business. If guests don't turn up, I don't earn my salary. If guests cancel at the last minute, it often means I've had to say to someone else the time was unavailable, and I dislike messing people around by sending them a text at the last minute to say an appointment is now available. They often have made other plans & would have to rush; I’d hate to be the reason for an accident.
I understand that things happen but I respect my guests, and aim to provide wonderful experiences; and that respect & consideration needs to go both ways.
If you cancel after you've confirmed your appointment, but more than three hours from your starting time, your deposit / prepayment is transferrable to another time during the week. If you haven't prepaid, or paid a a deposit, you will need to secure any future booking.
If you cancel less than three hours, but more than an hour from your starting time, and have prepaid, the deposit amount for that experience will be required to reschedule your booking to another time during the week. Think of it as an administration fee. If you haven't prepaid, or paid a deposit, you will need to pay half the cancelled session fee, and prepay to secure any future booking.
If you cancel within an hour of your experience's starting time, or simply don't show up, and you've prepaid, your session is non-transferrable and non-refundable. If you've paid a deposit, a cancellation fee equivalent to the balance of the experience applies. If deposited by midnight into my account, a future booking will be accepted with a deposit. If not, to secure a future booking, payment of the cancelled experience is required, along with the new booking being prepaid.
You have to pay a cancellation fee for most other service providers: physiotherapists, personal trainers, chiropractors, ‘straight’ masseuses, dentists, hairdressers etc. So why should a professional intimate service provider be any different?
If you arrive after your scheduled start time, your session will end at the scheduled end time. I ask clients to arrive a few minutes early to freshen up, so arriving after your start time will include this time. You’ve booked for a certain time period, and I need to adhere to a schedule to ensure a level of professionalism is maintained.
I believe I provide an excellent service because I hold myself to a very high standard. I therefore hold my guests to that high standard too, and have been very lucky with the guests I've had the privilege of meeting - they really are the best! I hope you understand why this policy exists.
"This lady still has the best massage hands in the business. She is, by definition, a professional masseuse (well trained & experienced, I cannot emphasise that enough) and really nows her stuff. She also (or maybe because) gives the best HJ I can remember." ~Kanga
