For those guests who don't wish to prepay their experience, or don't elect to pay the deposit + balance upon arrival, I have good news...you don't have to for some experiences. You can make a booking request, and advise me that you wish to pay the full fee in cash upon arrival, where that experience allows for paying on arrival.
If, however, another guest requests the same booking time, and they either are willing to prepay or pay a deposit, I hope you'll understand if I elect to allocate the booking to them instead. This will be at least two hours prior to your booking, and before I've sent the address. I have just found an overwhelmingly positive correlation between guests who prepay or pay a deposit actually turning up for their experience compared to those guests who wish to pay on arrival. I have rent and bills to pay, and this is my business income. Although I am a thankful to lodge a smaller BAS from time to time, I do not want it to become a habit.
If you book a day (or more) in advance on weekdays, and haven't prepaid or paid a deposit, and I'm offered a casual contract for the day, I hope you'll understand if I contact you to advise your booking will have to be rescheduled. I will give as much notice as possible, and will definitely let you know by 8am the day of the booking, if not the night before. I simply can't risk turning down guaranteed work for the day only to have guests cancel, or not show up. I hope you understand the reasons behind my decision.
Great News! I now offer Beem-It as a payment solution, in addition to cash, if you're choosing to pay on arrival. Payment on arrival through the app will need to be processed when you arrive. It's easy to sign up & download the app, and you'll need to do this before you arrive, otherwise the time to arrange payment will eat into your session. Upon Arrival Fee
As you can see from the image below, standard fees start from $120. The amount listed next to the experience name & booking length is the total fee for the session. The example shown below is the Erotic Encounter experience (erotic massage); each experience type has its own fee structure depending on the amount of before-and-after preparation required.
So, for example, if you would like a 60mins Exquisite Edging experience and elect to pay on arrival, you'll need to bring $300 with you, or have that in your account (if you're paying via Beem-It), and any upgrades are paid in advance.

Disadvantages of paying on arrival
Unfortunately, requiring everyone to pay a deposit, or new guests to prepay, wasn't a popular option. Some expressed reservations about paying in advance, others were cautions about paying a deposit to someone they hadn't seen (despite the many brilliant reviews), some were wary about anonymity (despite Beem-It & Cash Deposit ATMs being completely anonymous), and other guests just said they just didn't want to.
So, I decided to offer three options for experiences not requiring too much preparation, or for sessions outside of peak times, electing to reward guests who pay in advance for their experiences, and those guests who pay a deposit. Guests choosing to pay on arrival are still paying a very reasonable fee, especially considering the accolades & positive reviews & testimonials showing they can expect a consistently wonderful experience, however it is not decreased in any way. In addition, the ramifications of cancelling at the last minute or simply not showing up are more severe.
What's the difference in fees?
As you can see from the below example, there are savings to be made by either prepaying or securing your experience with a deposit, but greater savings to be made if you prepay your booking in advance.
Securing your booking
Same Day Bookings Simply request your booking via text, and I'll confirm if it's available. I'll send the address approximately two hours out from your appointment's start time.
Advance Bookings If your booking is for another day, I will advise what time to expect a text requesting confirmation. Once the confirmation has been received, I'll send the address 🗺 through.
Rescheduling / Cancellations
Although taking time out of your busy schedule can often revitalise & recharge you more than a dozen cups of coffee, I understand that life can sometimes get in the way of carefully laid plans. However, please understand that this is my business & it takes time to prepare for your experience, and I block out the time especially for you.
You have to pay a cancellation fee for most other service providers: physiotherapists, personal trainers, chiropractors, massage therapists, dentists, hairdressers etc. So why should a professional intimate service provider be any different?
I provide an excellent service because I hold myself to a very high standard. I therefore hold my guests to that high standard too, and have been very lucky with the guests I've had the privilege of meeting - they really are the best! I hope you understand why this policy exists.
➡️ If something does occur & you cannot make your appt 😬, time is of the essence ⏳ to notify me.
🕰 Please give at least 5 hours notice. Morning bookings need notice to be given by 7pm the night prior. Once booking has been confirmed, a cancellation will mean any future bookings will require a deposit. This is at my discretion.
⏰ If you cancel less than 5 hours, but more than 3 hours from your starting time, you will need to pay half the cancelled session fee & prepay to secure future bookings.
⏱ If you cancel within 3 hours of your starting time, or simply don't show up, a cancellation fee equivalent to the cash-on-arrival balance of the experience applies. If deposited by midnight into my account, a future booking will be accepted with a deposit. If not received, full payment of the cancelled experience is required, along with the new booking prepaid, for future bookings.
It's unlikely I will need to postpone or cancel, but it's not impossible; it's happened once in nine years. If I do, I will give as much notice as possible. As indicated above, if outside the two-hour confirmation window, and a guest requests the same time and is willing to pay a deposit or prepay their session, they will be allocated the session.
