Craving my tantalising, teasing touch? Here's what I'm doing to minimise risk.
As someone with a background in healthcare (traditional & complementary), I have been taking additional precautions since the start of the pandemic, and adjusting them as necessary to cater to new research findings. All of these steps, procedures & policies have been designed to minimise risk to my clients (you) and myself in an effort to avoid having to (discreetly) contact a client to advise them to be aware of symptoms or to get tested.
* Use of quality Air Purifiers with HEPA filters in all Zoe spaces, and throughout my apartment.
* Rooms fully ventilated for at least an hour prior to, and for at least three hours after, each session finishes.
* Seeing a maximum of three clients per day between 11am & 10pm, or two clients between 1pm & 10pm, with at least three hours ventilation in between.
* Restricting my service to clients who provide proof of their vaccination status during the booking process.
* Maintaining a safe distance when face-to-face.
* Remaining masked throughout the session and for an hour after each booking.
* Following best practice hygiene and infection control guidelines & procedures, including use of a UV torch.
* Performing a Rapid Antigen Test every morning, prior to seeing any clients.
* Cleaning & sanitising all surfaces after each client.
* Providing fresh linen for every client (washed on 95 degree antibacterial setting with bleach followed by a separate rinse cycle with a sanitising agent then dried on high heat).
* Not going to environments identified as high-risk & shopping during non-peak times.
* Ensuring I correctly wear a mask & protection when out of my apartment & am maintaining social distancing.
* Obtaining a PCR test regularly if any symptoms arise or any close contact notifications, despite RAT result.
* Requesting clients contact me within 21 days if they do test positive, or have later been identified as a close contact.
I am following research & best practice, and have sought advice & guidance from qualified medical practitioners not politicians, in crafting the above guidelines to minimise risk to myself & my clients. If you don’t care for that, please don’t argue about the boundaries I’ve set; simply seek another provider.
By providing details of the precautions I am taking EVERY DAY, I hope to put my clients' minds at ease, so they can truly relax and enjoy being on my table.

FAQs
Can I rely on your discretion? I haven't been in this industry for almost a decade without being discreet. I suggest you either save my number in your phone as ZG Mobile Masseuse, or delete any calls or text conversations.
What if I've booked then been advised I'm a close contact, have developed symptoms, or have tested positive? Your booking can be rescheduled if you advise me of your situation by the arranged deadline (usually about five hours prior to your booking, before I've sent my address). For example, if I've given you a deadline of 2pm for a 7pm booking, and you let me know prior to 2pm that you have tested positive (on a RAT or PCR), have developed symptoms associated with CoVid, or been advised you're a close contact (or someone close to you has tested positive despite the close contact rules), I'm happy to reschedule with no penalty, meaning your prepayment or booking bond can be used for a future booking (when you've been cleared). If, however, you fail to notify me by the deadline, then the booking bond or prepayment is forfeit as that window of time could have been used to allocate the booking to someone else.
Terms & Conditions
I ask that clients only book who are:
double-vaccinated and willing to provide evidence of this at the time of making their booking
not meant to be isolating
not a close or casual contact
have not been diagnosed with CoVid within the past 30 days
By requesting a booking, you confirm all of the above, and:
you do not have any cold, flu or CoVid-related symptoms*
if you do test positive within 21 days of your booking, you notify me ASAP
If you become aware (after your booking) you are a close contact in the 10 days prior to your booking, you notify me ASAP
*Arriving with symptoms consistent with CoVid without prior notification will result in your booking being cancelled without refund.
I recognise some clients may be hesitant to provide identifying details however I do require proof of vaccination during the booking process. Most phones have an ability to edit photos so you’re able to edit your vaccination certificate to just show your first name and day of birth (as shown below). This edit is acceptable to me during the booking process.
While I appreciate many consider this pandemic to be over, the numbers of cases and deaths are still high. Not as high as they were (although testing is harder to obtain & many have become complacent) but, still…the weekly deaths in Australia attributed to Covid are more than a plane & a half of Virgin Australia passengers, and the NSW deaths is more than a bus at full capacity. So, yes, I’m remaining cautious by continuing to mask during sessions.

Some helpful hints to note when contacting me by mobile (0403 896 211)
- My phone is on DND between 10pm & 9am (since I've found it's 99% a waste of time to answer outside of these hours). - I don't answer private numbers. A mobile number is required to book, so please adjust your phone settings & call again. - My phone is on DND when I'm in a session (as I think it's incredibly rude to answer texts or take calls while I'm with a client). - If I don't answer your call or message, please don't call multiple times. I'll send a discreet SMS when I'm available.
